1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to zya9 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You have not previously been excluded from any gaming platform or declared legally incompetent to enter into binding agreements.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access betting and gaming features on zya9, you must register a personal account. One account per person is strictly enforced. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. Account registration requirements include:

• Providing a valid email address, phone number, and full legal name as they appear on your government-issued identification document.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid national ID card (NID), passport, or other accepted documents when requested.
• Choosing a secure password and keeping your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

zya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where fraudulent, duplicate, or inaccurate registration information is detected. Any funds held in such accounts may be voided pending a full investigation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on zya9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh to make banking convenient for our users. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are stated on the relevant banking page within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule) unless our support team approves an exception.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal privileges withheld.
• Processing times vary by payment provider. bKash and Nagad transfers are typically processed within 1-4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.

zya9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Withdrawal fees, if any, are clearly displayed before you confirm a withdrawal request. Any winnings derived from fraudulent deposits will be confiscated.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

zya9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Sharing or transferring bonus balances between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• zya9 reserves the right to void any bonus or related winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or abuse of the promotion system.
• Free spins winnings may be capped at a maximum cashout value as specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncapped free spin promotions will be explicitly stated as such.

Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account balance automatically. zya9 may at its sole discretion modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

5. Responsible Gaming

zya9 is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming for all users in Bangladesh. Gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a way to resolve personal debt. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life or the lives of those around you, we strongly urge you to seek help immediately. • Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account at any time through your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of abusing promotional offers or bypassing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other users.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that is unlawful under Bangladeshi law or international regulations.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs or glitches, or taking any action intended to defraud zya9 or other users of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the zya9 platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, images, text, game interfaces, audio clips, software code, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of zya9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the zya9 platform without prior written permission from zya9. Unauthorized use of any zya9 intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zya9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. zya9's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zya9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, government orders, or network failures) may cause temporary service disruptions. zya9 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such disruptions.

9. Amendments to Terms

zya9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page unless a different effective date is explicitly stated. Where feasible, zya9 will provide notice of material changes via the platform's notification system or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of zya9 following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your account.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. zya9 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside of the platform's intended market.

All complaint records will be retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of resolution.
