About zya9
Bangladesh's trusted online gaming destination — built for real players who love cricket, slots, live casino, and more.
Who We Are at zya9
zya9 is an online entertainment platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. We started with a simple goal: to give Bangladeshi gaming enthusiasts access to world-class casino games, live cricket betting, slots, and crash games — all in one safe, fast, and mobile-optimised platform. From Dhaka to Chittagong, from Sylhet to Cox's Bazar, our players come from every corner of the country, and we are proud to serve them with honesty and reliability.
At zya9, we understand the pulse of the Bangladeshi player. We know that cricket is more than just a sport here — it is a passion shared by millions. We know that bKash and Nagad are the preferred ways to transact, and we know that players value speed, security, and simplicity above everything else. That deep local knowledge is what separates zya9 from generic international platforms.
Our Mission and Vision
Our mission is straightforward: to deliver the most enjoyable, fair, and secure online gaming experience to players across Bangladesh. Every feature we build, every game we source, and every payment partner we onboard is chosen with one question in mind — does this make life easier and more exciting for our players?
We envision a Bangladesh where every adult who enjoys gaming has access to a platform they can genuinely trust — one that pays out promptly, treats customer data with absolute respect, and operates with full transparency about its terms and conditions. zya9 is that platform.
Looking forward, zya9 aims to continue expanding its game library, improving deposit and withdrawal speeds, and strengthening player-support capabilities — all while maintaining the accessible, mobile-first design that Bangladeshi players rely on daily.

The Principles We Stand By
- Fairness — Every game on zya9 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring outcomes are never manipulated. What you see is what you get.
- Transparency — We publish clear Terms and Conditions, honest bonus wagering requirements, and plain-language privacy policies — because players deserve to know exactly what they are agreeing to.
- Player Safety — Responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, self-exclusion, and session time reminders — are built into the platform, not bolted on as an afterthought.
- Speed — From page load times to withdrawal processing, speed matters. zya9 is engineered to keep wait times minimal so players spend more time playing and less time waiting.
- Innovation — We continuously add new games, features, and payment options based on player feedback. zya9 is a living platform that evolves with its community.
How zya9 Has Grown
zya9 was founded with the vision of creating a dedicated online gaming space for Bangladeshi players who had long been underserved by foreign platforms that did not support local payment methods or Bangla-language customer service.
The zya9 platform went live with an initial catalogue of live casino games, slot machines from leading providers, and cricket betting markets covering BPL and international matches. Players in Dhaka and Chittagong were among the first to join.
Recognising that seamless transactions are essential to player satisfaction, zya9 expanded its payment infrastructure to include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank — making deposits and withdrawals faster and more convenient than ever.
Today, zya9 serves players across all major cities and districts of Bangladesh — from Rajshahi and Khulna to Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and beyond. Our support team is available around the clock to assist players with any queries in a language they are comfortable with.
Built for Bangladesh
Bangladesh has a vibrant and passionate gaming community. Whether it is following the Bangladesh Tigers through a nail-biting Test series, celebrating the excitement of a BPL Final, or enjoying the thrill of a live casino session during Eid festivities, our players bring incredible energy to the zya9 platform every single day.
We have designed every aspect of zya9 with the Bangladeshi user journey in mind. The platform loads quickly even on 4G connections common across Dhaka and other major cities. Menus are intuitive, game controls are straightforward, and the cashier is built to make transactions in BDT as smooth as possible — whether you are in Sylhet or streaming a match from Cox's Bazar beach.
We also recognise the importance of seasonal moments in Bangladeshi life. During Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16), the zya9 team works to bring special promotions and game events that reflect the festive spirit of the nation.
Trusted Payment Partners
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
zya9 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We are a platform for adults aged 21 and above only. We encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, take regular breaks, and to view gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income. If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life or the life of someone close to you, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team immediately.
Gambling involves financial risk. Never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose. zya9 operates under a strict fair play policy, and we reserve the right to suspend any account that shows signs of problem gambling at the player's own request or for player-protection purposes.
